CFS: A Treatment Guide – On December 22nd and December 23rd, 2012, Erica Verillo (co-author) is giving the CFS/ME community a Christmas present. It is the second edition of CFS: A Treatment Guide. (The first edition was published by St. Martin’s Press in 1998.) It has now been updated and she is giving it away.
